By accessing or using CallRoom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. CallRoom reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

CallRoom is a platform that connects medical professionals seeking housing with property owners who have available properties. We provide a request-based matching system where tenants submit housing requests and property owners respond with offers. CallRoom does not own, manage, or maintain any properties listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use CallRoom. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. CallRoom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use CallRoom for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform. You may not post false or misleading information, impersonate another person, harass other users, or use the platform to discriminate against any protected class in violation of applicable fair housing laws.

5. Property Listings and Offers

Property owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. Offers submitted through CallRoom are not legally binding contracts — they are expressions of interest that facilitate direct communication between parties.

All lease agreements, payment arrangements, and other contractual obligations are made directly between the tenant and property owner. CallRoom is not a party to any rental or sale agreement.

6. Fees

Creating an account and browsing housing requests on CallRoom is free. We may charge fees for premium features, enhanced listings, or other services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CallRoom is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not verify the condition of properties or the qualifications of users beyond our stated verification processes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallRoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between tenants and property owners, property condition issues, or financial losses.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of CallRoom shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.
